Raid Rules

Something just Happened today that in guild raid a tank rolled for
Healing gear ....
its not really great that one roll for of specs ... soo you guyz must make some rules like off spec roll or close raids

thx we will do it, but my opinion 2 thinks is Graid and pulic raid and the raid tonight was graid not only gmembers but a lot . And some ppl in a guild need main spec items not off spec to get better items . If u are pala/shama/druid and need healr items go healing to the raid .. and u can roll healer items.. retri/tank the same ....The public raid another thinks... Thats my opinion so i will vote main spec roll in graid

im not telling that u shouldnt make rules, but, u shouldnt be restricted to ur spec, but u shouldnt roll for 2 specs either, with this i mean, if u are a healer and want to roll for dps then u wont roll for healer items in that raid (maybe u can roll if its loot from trash), for example, u tell a pala from the guild to go tank spec, but he actually want to roll for his dps spec, u cant just tell him not to do it, cause he had to change to tank spec, just my opinion though

If we do raid by guild then clearly, it is possible to make the general rules and if raid is collected from others players that how here to be?

will use soon but we still recruting... to make a real graid we need more healers in guilds... so when wil be full graid i wil make dkp system

we have more then 25 member online per day but... we dont have healers online at that time... so we must recruiting some healers much healers...
