Yes its been hacked, even the forums, its says this

This web site, game server, and all related services are no longer available, as per the request of Blizzard Entertainment,

due to unauthorized use of various files and data that are the intellectual property of Blizzard Entertainment.

All current users of this service are liable for prosecution by Blizzard Entertainment.

As you are most likely already aware, our forums system is currently unavailable due to recent events which have happened this week. Some of you may have an idea of what happened, others may be curious, though right now I wont go into detail. In brief we have suffered security issues (to say the least) and without blaming it on any individual at this point, we have kept the forums offline while we fix everything up. I deeply apologize to everyone who is affected by this downtime and would like to assure people our Game Masters have remained online during this situation.
