This WoW First Aid guide will show you the fastest way how to get your First Aid skill up from 1 to 450. Updated for WoW patch 3.1
Approximate Cloths Required for 1-450:
170 Linen Cloth
180 Wool Cloth
150 Silk Cloth
110 Mageweave Cloth
210 Runecloth
100 Netherweave Cloth
45 Frostweave Cloth
At first, visit any First Aid trainer, pick up the profession and you will automatically learn to make Linen Bandage.
1 - 40
50 x [Linen Bandage] - 50 Linen cloth
40 - 80
60 x [Heavy Linen Bandage] - 120 Linen Cloth
You'll have to visit your trainer again at 75 (or 50) to be able to continue skilling up to 150.
80 -115
60 x [Wool Bandage] - 60 Wool Cloth
115 - 150
60 x [Heavy Wool Bandage] - 120 Wool Cloth
Learn Expert First Aid
150 -180
50 x [Silk Bandage] - 50 Silk Cloth
180 - 210
50 x [Heavy Silk Bandage] - 100 Silk Cloth
Learn Artisan First Aid
210 - 240
50 x [Mageweave Bandage] - 50 Mageweave Cloth
240 - 260
30 x [Heavy Mageweave Bandage] - 60 Mageweave Cloth
260 - 290
50 x [Runecloth Bandage] - 50 Runecloth
290 - 330
80 x [Heavy Runecloth Bandage] - 160 Runecloth
At 300, visit Burko (Alliance) or Aresella (Horde) both in Hellfire Peninsula to learn Master First Aid.

50 x [Netherweave Bandage] - 50 Netherweave Cloth
360 - 375
25 x [Heavy Netherweave Bandage] - 50 Netherweave Cloth
You can train Grand Master First Aid from a Grand Master First Aid Trainer located in Borean Tundra, Howling Fjord or Dalaran.
375 - 400
45 x [Frostweave Bandage] - 45 Frostweave Cloth
400 - 450
Now you will need to learn the Heavy Frostweave Bandage recipe in order to skill-up any further. However, this recipe is not sold or trained - [Manual: Heavy Frostweave Bandage] is a world drop that must be farmed. Thankfully, players report a rather easy time farming the recipe drop from the ice trolls found in Zul'Drak.
